We are very lucky to have honey from a small beekeeper from Royal Deeside. This is the area where the Queen stays for her summer holiday, although perhaps not this year. Our bee keeper Marz is now retired and looks after her bees and sells honey at local markets.

It’s been almost eight years since we visited Tunnock’s in Uddingston (near Glasgow) and met Boyd Tunnock while on an amazing tour of the factory, but I remember it like it was yesterday.
